ROLE OVERVIEW:
As one of the fastest growing brands in Ireland, BPerfect Cosmetics is rapidly expanding and is looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand Experts to join the team.
This role will involve promoting and demonstrating BPerfect products to customers, colour matching and upselling various products. Flexible working hours are available.
The ideal candidate must be outgoing, have sales experience and must not be afraid to stop traffic.
THE INDIVIDUAL:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
The role will offer a busy and demanding environment. To succeed, you will need to be a customer-focused Brand Expert with a positive "can-do" attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by using key selling skills.
Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
Promote and demonstrate BPerfect products to customers, including colour matching and upselling various products.
Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
Support with store operational tasks.
Support your Team Leaders, Managers and team by complying with all store policies and procedures to keep the wider team and customers safe.
Work with and communicate efficiently with the team.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Sales experience: 1 year required.
Brand knowledge preferred but not essential.
Makeup and beauty experience preferred but not essential.
Strong selling skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Outgoing and confident in stopping traffic.
