ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Permanent Brand Expert to join Shaw’s Department in Carlow on a three-day week basis.
This role will involve promoting and demonstrating BPerfect products to customers in Shaws. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, have sales experience and must not be afraid to traffic stop.
The role also presents an exciting opportunity for our Brand Experts to branch out and provide support for BPerfect events such as Masterclasses and Mall Events.
THE INDIVIDUAL:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Shaws Department offers a busy and demanding environment. To succeed, you will need to be a customer-focused Brand Expert with a positive "can-do" attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate must be outgoing, have sales experience and be confident traffic stopping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve and exceed individual, BPerfect and Shaw’s sales targets by using key selling skills.
Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
Support with all store operational tasks.
Support your Team Leaders, Managers and team by complying with all store policies and procedures to keep the wider team and customers safe.
Work with and communicate efficiently with the team in Shaw’s Department.
Provide support for BPerfect events such as Masterclasses and Mall Events.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Brand knowledge preferred but not essential.
Makeup and beauty experience preferred but not essential.
Sales experience.
Strong selling skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Outgoing and confident in traffic stopping.
