Application
How to use the Gua Sha:
1. Gently glide the Gua Sha across your skin in an upward and outward motion, starting from the centre of your face and neck.
2. Apply a light to medium pressure while moving the tool along your jawline, cheeks, forehead and neck.
3. Use for a few minutes every day to help promote circulation, reduce puffiness and to help sculpt the face.

How to use Jade Roller:
1. The Jade Roller can be used on your cheeks, forehead and jawline.
2. Start from the middle of your face and gently roll outwards and upwards on the face.
3. Repeat this motion 5-10 times daily for a relaxing and beneficial massage.
