BIS-PEG 18 METHYL ETHER DIMETHYL SILANE, PEG-100, PHENOXYETHANOL
Application
Lightly mist the soap with water or One Dew Three Setting Spray from around 30cm away, either onto a spoolie or directly onto the product.

Comb through brows with a spoolie until your desired hold is achieved. For a laminated effect, press hairs flat using your finger.

Complete the look by filling any sparse areas with your chosen shade of Indestructi’Brow Pencil.
