Brand Expert – Shaws Department Store - Carlow

Job Description:
BPerfect Cosmetics design, develop and outsource the manufacture of a range of cosmetics that are stocked in over 1800+ retail outlets throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK, and a multitude of outlets worldwide. The BPerfect range consists of makeup and tanning products. Additionally, BPerfect have also developed a range of products in collaboration with some of the best make-up artists in the industry. We create innovative beauty products that are on trend, forward thinking and unique.

Role Description:
We are looking for a Permanent Brand Expert to join Shaw’s Department in their Carlow Departments on a three-day week basis. This role will entail the promoting and demonstrating of BPerfect products to customers in Shaws. The ideal candidates must be outgoing with sales experience and must not be afraid to traffic stop. This role also presents an exciting opportunity for our Brand Experts to branch out and function as support for BPerfect events such as Masterclasses and Mall Events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Our Brand Experts will be expected to achieve and exceed individual, BPerfect and Shaw’s sales targets by using key selling skills.
- Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products, and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
- Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
- Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
- Support with all store’s operational tasks.
- Support your Team Leaders, Managers, and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
- Working with and communicating efficiently with the team in Shaw’s Department.

The Individual:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Shaws Department will offer a busy and demanding environment. To succeed you will need to be a customer-focused Brand Expert with a positive “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.

Preferred but not essential:
- Brand knowledge
- Makeup and beauty experience.
