Teeth Whitening Strips:

  1. Apply the strips directly to the teeth.

  2. Use for 30 minutes a day to gently remove light stains and whiten teeth, or use for up to 60 minutes per day to help remove deeper stains and brighten teeth in fewer treatments.


Teeth Whitening Powder:

  1. Dampen toothbrush and then dip the head into the powder covering its bristles

  2. Simply just brush your teeth for 2 minutes and then rinse.

  3. You can use the powder once a day for a maximum of 14 days and then revert to 3-4 times a week for maintenance whitening.


Toothpaste Tablets:

  1. Place one tablet in the front area of your mouth.

  2. Chew the tablet until it’s completely broken down with no bits.

  3. Wet your toothbrush and brush for two minutes.

  4. Spit toothpaste out as normal, but do not rinse your mouth out, leave a coating on your teeth to help protect them and freshen breath for longer
